PRIVACY POLICY

In the processing of your data, TECNITASA applies the provisions established in REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, implementing the technical and organizational measures at its disposal, necessary to guarantee an adequate level of security to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subjects under the terms established by article 32 of the GDPR.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Técnicos en Tasación, S.A., hereinafter TECNITASA, will process the information provided by the data subjects in each of the sections of the website for the following purposes:

Processing of requests for appraisals

Resolution of queries and sending the information requested by the data subject

LEGITIMACY FOR DATA PROCESSING

The processing of the data of the data subject by TECNITASA will have its legitimacy in the consent explicitly given for the purposes foreseen, in accordance with the forms available on our website.

TECNITASA may send commercial information to the data subject about the products or services offered on the website, as well as news related to its activity, only in those cases in which the data subject has explicitly accepted these communications, marking the checkbox in the contact forms, request for services, or request for information.

STORAGE OF DATA

TECNITASA will store the data for one year in compliance with the provisions of Art. 5 of Law 25/2007, of 18 October, on the storage of data relating to electronic communications and public communications networks, unless a commercial or employment relationship is derived from the information provided, in which case the data will be kept for as long as this relationship lasts, or for the period established in any applicable legislation.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

The data provided by data subjects may not be transferred to third parties without express consent, except to the competent Public Administrations, when these so require in order to comply with any legal obligation of the data controller. The transfer of data to other countries, outside the scope of application of the GDPR and LOPDGDD, is not foreseen.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Any Data Subject has the right to obtain information about the processing of his/her personal data and to exercise the rights set out in the Regulation. Specifically, the data subject has the right to:

  1. Request access to his/her personal data,
  2. request its rectification or deletion,
  3. request the restriction on data processing,
  4. d) object to the processing and
  5. to request data portability.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not TECNITASA is processing personal data concerning them.

Likewise, the data subject party has the right to request rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request the erasure of the same when, inter alia, the data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or when the data subject decides to withdraw the consent on which the processing was based.

The data subjects may also request the restriction on the processing of their data, in which case they will only be stored by TECNITASA for the fulfilment of legal obligations and for the exercise or defence of claims.

TECNITASA will cease processing your data whenever you communicate your objection to such processing, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

The data subject may receive the personal data provided to TECNITASA, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as to request that it be transmitted to another entity responsible for the processing.

The data subject may exercise the rights described in this section at the e-mail address: atencionalcliente@tecnitasa.es, identifying themselves with the User data provided in the registration process. If you do not have such User data, you must confirm the data initially provided as proof of identity.

COMPULSORY DATA

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms available on our website, the Data Subjects expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for TECNITASA to deal with their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The data subject states that the personal data provided in the forms are truthful and the data subject is responsible for notifying any modification of the same.
