Valuations to RICS standards
Our valuations, carried out in accordance with RICS standards, cover the critical aspects to be analysed in each investment opportunity. These valuations are carried out in accordance with the international standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is the leading international organisation representing real estate professionals and is recognised worldwide for its high standards of quality. Some of the transactions where RICS valuations are used are:
- Financing: RICS reports are used by international financial institutions to assess the value of collateral. In addition, some Spanish financial institutions accept RICS valuations as a complement to ECO valuations, providing a more complete view of the property assets.
- Determination of value in acquisitions and sales: purchase and sale, corporate transactions and leasing. Having the necessary information during the buying and selling process, knowing the potential risks of the purchase and the factors that affect the final value of your property.
- Valuation for accounting, legal and tax purposes. Support the fair value reflected in the accounts. Depreciation. Monitoring changes in asset value.
- Portfolio valuation and due diligence. Knowing the market value of the property, the current market situation and its trend. Financial projections and different scenarios depending on their strategy and economic impact.
