Project Due Diligence Advisory: identification of existing ESG aspects and possible improvements to be incorporated in assets under development in the design, construction and rehabilitation phases.

Environmental Due Diligence: identification of intrinsic, climate and transition risks of existing real estate assets in transaction processes.
Operational Due Diligence: analysis of assets and portfolios based on the information gathered at technical and operational level on their ESG performance indicators, such as energy consumption, GHG emissions, water consumption and waste generation and treatment.

Carbon Footprint reports: assessment and analysis of GHG emissions in the process of construction and rehabilitation of assets and portfolios according to three levels of generation – direct, indirect and process – and proposals for decarbonisation

Sustainable Building Certification: advising operators, managers and asset owners on selecting and achieving the most appropriate sustainability seal for their strategy and business characteristics as part of their ESG policy.
